The Regional Relocation Grant applies to homeowners who decide to sell their Sydney property to relocate to towns in regional NSW.

To be eligible you must sell your “city” property and purchase a property in country NSW of up to $600,000 in value or $450,000 for vacant land. Any properties located around the Blue Mountains, Hawkesbury, Central Coast, Newcastle and Wollongong are considered to be situated in metropolitan areas.
